Do I need to set up an account?

Yes, before ordering you need to set up an account with us. This can easily be done through the website.

Why do I need an account?

Dried Home only delivers to business customers. To ensure we only supply businesses you will need a Company Registration number or Chamber of Commerce number to register. We can set up the account without VAT number, but we have to charge local taxed on the invoice.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The MOQ is €500 per order, for all orders above €1.000 we offer 10% discount.

I have a big project I'm planning, can I reserve the items I need?

You cannot make reservations for future orders as our website always shows current stock levels.

Can I order samples?

We do not provide samples.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders made before 12.00 noon will be dispatched on the same day. Orders made after 12.00 noon will be dispatched the next day.

Can I add to an order already placed?

No, you can't add to an order that is already placed. 

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately not. Our warehouse is not available for customer visits or collections.

I have a problem with my order, can I return?

We do not accept returns but please contact us and also refer to our general terms and conditions.

Where can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of the order in the Dashboard.

Do you have a showroom or shop?

No, we do not have a showroom or shop.

I need some help with selecting the varieties?

Please fill out the contact form or call. We are more than happy to help. Communication will be in English.

What is the size of a bunch?

Dried flowers are harvested by hand and each season is different, bunch sizes can vary annually in length / size / colour and weight. So we therefore can’t be precise about a bunch. Please be assured though that Dried Home have some of the highest grading and quality standards. Our photographs also show a true representation of the size of the bunch you will receive.

How many stems are there per bunch?

Whilst we sell some bunches with a stem count, eg Roses, these will be clearly shown in the product details. Most of our bunches are harvested by hand and we cannot be precise about the stem count. Please refer to the product photos for a guide as to the size of the bunch.

How can I learn more about dried flowers?

There are many resources online and we will be regularly updating our site with information on care, handling, and the latest design trends. If you need more information, please ask.

Are the paints that you use on the dried flowers and grasses safe?

Yes, all our paints are safe and comply to EU standards for not just the paint itself but also the application process.

Will any paints or dyes run when they get wet?

Yes, all paints can run, so care should always be taken to keep dried flowers dry and away from any humidity or damp.

Where should I store dried flowers?

You should store dried flowers in a dry and dark place. Humidity during storage and transport influences the condition of the product and can cause moisture and mold.

How long do dried flowers last?

Dried flowers will last about one year, the colours will fade naturally, if they are placed in a bright sunny locations the colours will fade faster. The painted items will last quite a bit longer.

When are items in stock again?

Due to the seasonal nature of our products and high demand we can’t give an estimated time of when the products are back in stock again. We have direct connections with our suppliers and our stock is always up to date.


How much will it cost to ship my order?

Good news, all our prices include shipping, there are no extra transport costs.

I've placed my order, how long will delivery take?

It depends on your location. Your order will be shipped from the Netherlands. You can see the approximately delivery time in you shopping cart.

Can you deliver outside the EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway?

We currently just ship in Europe, but we will update the website as soon as we can ship to other destinations

Where do I find the tracking number for my order?

When you place your order a Track & Trace number will be sent to your email account.

I need my order in a hurry, how quickly can you get it to me?

The shipping time is shown in the shopping cart. We do not offer any expedited shipping at this time.

I can only receive orders on special days, can this be arranged with the courier?

You can change the delivery day with the Track & Trace number.

Can my order be shipped to a different address?

Yes, please ensure that you enter the correct details in the Shipping Address and please also ensure that the shipment can be received at the shipping address.

What happens if the goods are damaged in transit?

Please sign the documents provided by the courier and ensure that you state the items have been damaged, please also take photos to assist with any claims that might need to be made with the courier. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods.


Do prices include VAT?

No, the prices do not include VAT. We can set up a account without VAT number, but then we have to charge local taxes on the invoice.
